Suppliers of Services to EventNet Clients

EventNet provides limited access to its applications via the eventnetsolutions website to suppliers of services offered specifically to EventNet clients regarding specific requests made for the client. The information that suppliers have limited access to includes only the facility responses specific to each supplier and any personal information specific to them. The suppliers are not able to, nor do they have permission to access any client information or the facility response information from other suppliers. These suppliers may include hotels, convention and visitors bureaus, and destination management companies. Each supplier will have a user name and password to access the applications. Each event/meeting is issued a unique ID number for use in maintaining said limited access.
Suppliers can update their records in the EventNet system by accessing their profile via the website using their user name and password or by sending an email to customerservice@eventnetsolutions.com.  You can also write to us at Attention: Director of Operations, EventNet, LLC, 4657 W. EventNet Clients

EventNet provides limited access to its applications via the eventnetsolutions website to EventNet clients. The information that clients have limited access to includes the specific requests for proposals generated by themselves or EventNet specific to the particular clients’ events/meetings, the facility responses specific to any and all events/meetings specific to the particular client, the client information specific only to the particular client. Each client will have a user name and password to access the applications. Each event/meeting is issued a unique ID number for use in maintaining said limited access.

• Member Registration
  To register as a member of EventNet, you must provide your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, a unique login name, password, and password validation, and a password hint to help you remember your password. This information is collected on a member registration form for several reasons including: (i) personal identification; (ii) to complete Electronic Requests for Proposal; (iii) to allow us to provide personal preference information to suppliers in the event of site inspections; (iv) to allow us to contact you for customer service purposes, if necessary; (v) to customize the content of our site to meet your specific needs; and (vi) to make product improvements to our site. In addition, we need your e-mail address to confirm your new member registration and each event/meeting you transact on our site. As an EventNet member you will also occasionally receive updates from us about special offers, new EventNet services, and other noteworthy items. However, you may choose at any time to no longer receive these types of e-mail messages. Please see our Opt-Out policy described below.
• Regarding client personal information - clients have the right to access personal information about them that EventNet holds. Clients have the right to correct, amend, or delete that information where it is inaccurate, except where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the individual's privacy in the case in question, or where the rights of persons other than the individual would be violated.
• Clients can update their records in the EventNet system by accessing their client profile via the website using their user name and password or by sending an email to customerservice@eventnetsolutions.com.  You can also write to us at Attention: Director of Operations, EventNet, LLC, 4657 W. Attendees of Meetings Planned by EventNet Clients

Clients may request that EventNet manage the online registration of attendees for an event/meeting. In such cases, attendees will have access to a registration application as part of eventnetsolutions.com. The registration questionnaire would be designed by the client and would contain information about the attendee’s plans for attending that specific event/meeting. Also, specific to the attendee is the following:

• Your personal information, certain financial information and other pertinent information will be collected when you register for an event via the eventnetsolutions application. Any information that you provide will be stored on a system managed by EventNet.
• The information you provide is the property of the specific client to whom you have provided the information. The client is regarded as the Data Controller.
• The information is completely accessible by the specific client of the event/meeting you are registering for and its employees or agents. Each EventNet client has it own privacy statement. Please contact them directly or refer to their specific websites for more information. By providing your personal information to EventNet for use by a client or a supplier (e.g. to make reservations with a particular hotel) you consent to EventNet providing a copy of your personal information to that client or supplier for collection, processing and any further transfer in accordance with the privacy statement (if any) of that client or supplier. EventNet is not responsible for any actions of its clients or suppliers.
• Your data is purged from the EventNet system by the specific client based on their procedures and needs. The clients have agreed with EventNet that they will not keep the data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which your data were collected or for which your data are further processed.
• The clients have agreed with EventNet that they collect only adequate, relevant and not excessive data in relation to the purposes for which they are collected and/or further processed.
• Some of our clients may process credit cards manually. Their employees or agents will access the EventNet system to obtain such information to do the processing.

Your Use of the Public Website Implies Your Consent

Your use of a Public Website signifies your acceptance of this Privacy Statement. If you do not agree or are not comfortable with any policy described in this Privacy Statement, your remedies are to discontinue your use of the Public Website or to make other arrangements for transactions with EventNet.

Personal Data

We use cookies and various traffic tracking technologies to monitor the use of eventnetsolutions.com. We collect such data related to Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses, browser type, and cookies but do not link it to any personally identifiable information (such as names and email addresses) that you may voluntarily submit to us through other means.

The security of your personal information is important to us.
