Technology and Products

In conjunction with BBB Systems, EventNet, LLC has developed a website, eventnetsolutions.com, which will enable the clients and specific service sector global sales representatives to have access to the system via a secure log in. Once within the system, the clients and the global sales representatives will have the ability to communicate and request information regarding a new or previously opened file specific to their account.

The primary services provided to the clients will be:
  • Site Selection:
    • To work with the client to obtain and clearly understand the meeting/event specifications. Such specifications may include, but are not limited to budget requirements for sleeping and meeting rooms, food and beverage, IT, A/V, decision deadlines, etc.
    • Conduct a search of hotels and destinations based upon the meeting/event specifications.
    • Preparing and sending Electronic Requests for Proposals (eRFP’s) to industry suppliers (hotels, convention centers, etc.) that meet the meeting/event requirements.
  • Contract Negotiation:
    • Request contracts and conduct reviews of contracts to determine that the client’s needs and budget are met. Negotiate room, meeting space and food and beverage rates using the solid working relationship that EventNet, LLC has with industry suppliers.
    • Work as a liaison between both client and vendor to facilitate a successful contract agreement and signing.
  • Meeting/Event Management:
    • Assisting the client in all stages of planning and execution of the event including, but not limited to strategic sourcing, event housing and registration, etc.
  • Secure Account:
    • Each client will have a secure account, wherein they will be able to check in the status of eRFP’s (Electronic Requests for Proposal) sent out by EventNet.
    • Update and maintain personal information such as birthdays and anniversaries as well as preferences regarding hotel stays for site inspections.
Each meeting, conference, convention, incentive program, etc. will be assigned a secure identification number. This number will be used to reference and track the eRFP’s that are sent out and the Facility Response Forms (bids) returned.
